The Cellar is an upscale, casual lounge that focuses on modern-fusion cuisine featuring unique dishes that blend culinary traditions and stylings from around the world, incorporating locally farmed produce as much as possible. ​

The Cellar offers a wide selection of Finger Lakes wines as well as highly acclaimed international and domestic producers. In addition, The Cellar boasts a unique cocktail menu of over a dozen martinis, imported bottled beers and premium spirits.
