With the rich agricultural lands of the Finger Lakes and some of the worlds top producers of wine, why not use the resources we have to create amazing, first class, enjoyable dishes with fresh, local ingredients?
Expanded to include a vegetarian option as well as a larger variety of Finger Lakes wine, beer and spirits, Restaurant Week will challenge chefs to use local resources to create two course prix fixe lunch menus as well as three course prix fixe dinner menus with all offerings available a la carte. In addition, the menus will include local beverage pairings.
